Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) Basic Course - English Version
Flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) is an imaging-based, objective procedure for assessing swallowing disorders. It evaluates the effectiveness and safety of swallowing across various food consistencies and tests therapeutic maneuvers.
The German Society for Neurology (DGN) and the German Stroke Society (DSG) established a FEES training curriculum in 2014, later supported by the German Society for Geriatrics (DGG) since 2016.
This 3-day PatCom Medical FEES Basic Course follows the DGN curriculum and includes 24 hours of theory and hands-on training with head models and live partners. This course will be presented in English. Accredited FEES Basic Course – Certified per DGN, DSG, and DGG guidelines.
Digital seminar documents will be provided. We ask that you please bring a laptop.
Learning Outcomes
